I came here because I had a voucher and was very satisfied with the service. I got a synthetic oil change and Wael took care of my car. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. The prices here are fair, and Wael made sure to explain every charge. I’ll be coming back to this Kwik Kar!

They failed to fully tighten the oil filter. Oil was leaking the entire way home. called the manager he wanted to blame it on a defective filter without even seeing it based off a phone. Then he offered to send 2 workers with some oil and a filter. and was wanting to charge me $50.00 for their negligence. Service: Oil change

RIP OFF! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!. Went in for a simple oil change was told that my drain plug was bad and needed to be rethreaded it would be an extra $15. When it comes time to pay he tells me that there is a $3 fee for disposal, $35 for the oil pan (which no one said anything to me about? I tell him I was not informed about a oil pan so I should not be charged for something I didn't know about I was then told sorry for the miscommunication here's your bill so another $53 bucks on top of what I'm already paying for the oil change. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Calling the corporate office as well. People work hard for there funds not to be ripped off. Continuing since you all replied and I can't reply back. I was never told about a leak and glue everywhere which I don't believe the f150 that you speak of is well kept and maintained the bad drain plug I really don't see but I took you all word for it I have not had a leak or any drops of anything under this truck. but all th
