Never anyone actually at the parts counter when I need them. But once the employees show up the service is good

Waiting a little long but service excellent

Bought a car and I was told that the lower control arm would need to be replaced. Call to schedule service and they told me it would be a 3 to 4 day job and that they're very behind "because it's hot out" so it might be closer to 6 days... Again reminded them that it was just a lower control arm and the service advisor said yes that is a 3 to 4 day job. All other Honda repair shops are saying 1- 1/2 to 2 HOURE tops. I did let her know that other places were all saying it was just a couple hours and she can said that it was several day job. Don't buy a car from here if you plan to use their service center because this is insane. Honestly I wouldn't trust that they would know how to fix it if this is the knowledge of a service advisor.
