I’ll forever go to these guys because I feel like they take pride in their work, love what they do, and don’t want to charge you for things you don’t need. Negligent and/or deceitful practices was my experience. Misdiagnosed my vehicle by trying to charge $1800 for belt and water pump replacement despite engine code said otherwise. Turned out to be crankshaft breather valve, a cheap and easy fix. Imagine that, the vehicle code was right! Beside that, the customer service is horrible and Louis the assistant manager seemed lethargic and unsympathetic that they try to bill me for unnecessary work. I also caught him trying to lie to me, twice. To the owner: If you only have one certified mechanic, how’s is your management whom aren’t mechanics supposed to provide any oversight to protect your customers from being charged for bogus “diagnostics” and unnecessary repairs? Do you see all the negative reviews accumulating about your shop for the same issue. I doubt corporate cares but I’m sure the TX Attorney General consumer division does.
