Brakes Plus

I came in to Brakes Plus for a front end alignment. The general manager Angelo greeted me as soon as I walked in, efficiently took my information on the car, and offered their ride service while I wait. I chose to wait there. He brought me in back to show me the misalignment on the car, and let me know I was overdue for new shocks. It was quick, quality service and Angelo handled all guests with respect and courtesy, even when some of the guests didn’t ask the brightest questions, like if they brought they’re own parts would he do the labor for free. Haha. Angelo is a great help and an asset to Brakes Plus. Would recommend going to this location for anyone needing car work done. 10/10 would go back again. Service: Wheel alignment

Great service and helpful technicians. When the technician drove my vehicle back to return it to me after the repairs were completed, I noticed that he had placed a seat covering over my vehicle's driver seat to protect it from any dirt or grease that are common when working on cars. That was a really generous touch that showed me that these folks care about my vehicle the way that I do, and that meant a lot to me. Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are absolutely amazing. The business is clean, comfortable, and the management and employees are friendly , always trying to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. If you want knowledgeable , reliable, and outstanding customer service this is the place to come to. They are straight forward and honest and have never tried to talk me into adding services I don’t need.
