Customer service is great. Just dropped off my Subaru for repairs. They took care of my vehicle the last time and did an excellent job. Just wish it did not have to come here again for the same reasons, but I am glad they are here.
Andrew was my hero today, AAA had them Come to change my flat but lugs were stripped, he immediately towed me to a shop I use and he tolerated the heat like a champ! Maholo ???? hope he gets a raise!!
Just picked up my truck yesterday. They had it ready sooner than I expected. The entire process seamless for my minor repair. Upon pickup I couldn't believe how clean it was. I have a membership at a local place and they don't do half the job that Hill Country did. Great staff (from the shop to the office - well run) that takes care of their customers. I highly recommend Hill Country Customs.
