My wife and I have been using the New Braunfels location since we moved here. We loved Christian Bros where we used to live and it was an easy transition to start coming to them here in NB. Kevin and his staff are amazing and take GREAT care of us. They even drove me to a meeting one time and saved the day for me. This is an honest, wholesome mechanic shop. They do a full inspection on your vehicle and send you an email and/or text of the report stating ALL the issues with your vehicle. They proceeded to ask you if you only wanted the service that you requested or if you wanted to add the recommended services as well. Never pressured into paying for more than you went for. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They sense your frustration and try their best to put a smile on your face. Your vehicle will come out running smooth when they finish. ALSO, they can send you a secure link to pay so that you can just come and pick up your vehicle with no wait other than to get your keys.
