A simple oil change turned into greasy mess all over my garage floor. Brought my truck back and mgr John said there is no leak and tightened everything up. Next day still leaking in my garage. Immediately brought it to my mechanic. Oil filter leaking so he put a new one on. Problem solved. I asked John for a refund for.poor service. Did not ask him to pay for my mechanic or garage cleaning. Showed him pictures of my garage and bill. He refused.
This was one of the best brake services I've had in a long time! The staff was very helpful, professional, and very very proficient. My girlfriend and I were in and out less than 15 minutes which is incredibly fast! Job well done!
Went in for brakes. Jay and Christian were awesome! Took the time to explain the situation and talked to me without just trying to rush me out the door.
