Brake Check

A simple oil change turned into greasy mess all over my garage floor. Brought my truck back and mgr John said there is no leak and tightened everything up. Next day still leaking in my garage. Immediately brought it to my mechanic. Oil filter leaking so he put a new one on. Problem solved. I asked John for a refund for.poor service. Did not ask him to pay for my mechanic or garage cleaning. Showed him pictures of my garage and bill. He refused.

Recently I've taken on some do it yer self improvements on my 1981 corvette. I replaced all brake components, and all powersteering components. I'm NOT a mechanic and it was brutal. Upon completion it now needed a front end alignment desperately; furthermore, I did not feel comfortable that the brakes were 100% correct. I needed someone to run through my work and make sure it was right and adjust of necessary. The front end alignment was also required as it would be after replacing everything. I just wanted it to be right and I was willing to pay whatever necessary. I was assured it would be done at 80.00 for alignment and 120 per hour on brakes. I was very excited that seemed fair. One hour after dropping car I was called saying it was done. He said brakes look good except for it had a vacuum issue which his shop could not fix. I said so what about alignment... how did that work out. He said oh you need alignment as well? Oh yes I see here on paperwork inmy hand. No problem give

Excellent service! They replace the rotors and brake pads on my 2016 Kia soul in less than 45 minutes! They already had all the parts needed. Explain the process to me and showed me the reasoning behind rotary replacement! I will be returning here for any further work I need done on the car.
