Caliber W University Drive in McKinney does a great job! Recently had an accident that required repairs and I was happy to go there as I had work done there in the past. Staci was my service manager and she did a great job ensuring everything was perfectly repaired and getting the work done quickly. Everyone at the shop is so friendly and accommodating. I brought my truck in for an estimate and expecting to be quoted 1-2k for repair on a scratch on my truck. However, Stacy and Tom were super helpful and mindful of putting a financial burden on me by buffing the scratch as much as possible for FREE! The scratch is not completely gone, but it’s not as noticeable and easier to live with for now until I can comfortably save money to repair it all the way. I appreciate the customer service and friendliness that I received from this place as a new customer.
From the first day I walked in everyone was so respectful. When I met Mr. Cody very nice guy he kept me up with the work they were doing on my car and my car was finish. I was amazed at how beautiful it came out. Thank you to Mr. Cody and thank you to the whole team. I would use y’all again in a second and I would send my family and friends to caliber collision.
