I initially chose them due to all the great reviews, and even with high expectations they still seemed to impress me with how accommodating, affordable and knowledgeable the staff were. Out of state with a broken AC in Texas, not only were they able to provide me with same day service, but the cost was more than reasonable. In the auto repair world this place is a true gem. The customer service here is unmatched! Ashley was so knowledgeable and helpful, and admitted the problem I’m having isn’t severe enough to actually need anything done right now without charging me anything. She explained what the problem likely is, and what repairs I’m looking at down the line along with a ballpark cost for the repairs. They explained everything in a way I understood and answered every question I had from when I first called about dropping my car off to follow up questions I had after I had already left with my vehicle. This shop is a little further from me than some other shops in the area but I will definitely return here!
