Took an extra week and a half for what they assured was a two day job(granted the part took more than 3 days to get there) , also they kept saying they’d get back to me in regards of updates but I had to constantly call them to check on it.

Don't let their friendly faces fool you. They rely on customers that know nothing about cars. >>>Total quote (for stuff I didn't need or ask for) came out to $1,637.08 +tax ...... And that's NOT including the one thing I asked for, for $170<<< Story time: My car had been misfiring, so I replaced all the spark plugs and checked the coil packs with a multimeter and they were all working properly. Misfire kept happening on cylinder 5 so I switched the coil packs 5 and 3, and replaced spark plug 5 again (in case of a faulty spark plug) . At this point, I went to caliber, and they said it was a spacing issue on the spark plug. I said cool, paid $80 and out the door I went. I drove about 5 miles and I noticed it was misfiring again. I thought "okay it must be the fuel system then". Red flag #1: they said it was fixed and it wasn't. My first experience with this shop I have to say I was impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the location and staff. Hailey was awesome getting me taken care of answering my questions and explaining the process.
