Who knew??? I have passed Caliber Auto Care numerous times. Today, I needed help with my key fob AND I received it quickly and efficiently. Lacy Wiggins was amazing and delivered wonderful customer service in addition to providing great additional information about the various services they provide. The other staff was also welcoming with such positive attitudes. Lastly, the lobby/waiting area is comfortable and customer friendly. Above all, there was no strong arm or pushy tactics. I have found my forever car home here! I needed two tires replaced, but because of my work/home schedule I didn't know how I was going to get my car in to be repaired. Caliber understood my situation and offered to pick my car up from my work place and brought it back once the repair was done. (I work within three miles) Better yet was the price, I personally saved $120! If you are on a budget but still want quick, reliable and professional service I highly recommend you go here.
