Horrible service. Was told my vehicle was ready at 1230pm, get there and they had the cabin air filter pulled out to show me. I told them you can put it back in its still clean. Get in the truck and with the A/C on it was making a loud rattling noise. Three hours later, still didn't fix it. Told to come back another day and they have a mechanic look at it. That location is one of the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. A lot of kids working in the shop playing around and untrained. Justin was great, but everyone else top to bottom needs to be audited. Two different people came in with complaints of oil not topped off and another came in with a problem that was totally unacceptable.

April 22 went to change my oil and get my inspection done ✅ on my way back noticed my glove compartment was following down constantly? Ask my son to look it he noticed they put the wrong air filter? When I went back to complain about they said the manager told me to put this one on because it’s was not available ???? I was if they don’t have just say we don’t have it and stop putting wrong things in my car ???? I was so mad notice the cover of cabinet filter was missing too I’m so disappointed with their service Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Friendly staff. I was in and out fairly quick. Mr. Sidney was great at explaining findings and wasn’t pushy or intimidating. I will be back for other services.
