This repair shop was recommended by the original shop where my truck’s mechanical issue was being evaluated. Evidently, the repair needed was beyond the original shop's technical capability. Once I arrived with my vehicle, this shop’s staff immediately assisted me and assured me they would “take care of it.” Even though this shop was extremely busy, the staff communicated the difficulty and delay of my needed repair in a clear and professional way. The staff further confidently assured me that the shop would remain open till the necessary repair was completed, and providing an adequate and expected service warranty at the point of payment.
