I took my car here about 5 months ago to get the power side view mirrors repaired. It needed a new motor. They did the work but when I picked up my car I noticed the door panel was cracked. It probably cracked while taking it off to do the repair. I showed it to Kevin who works at the desk. He took a picture of it and said he would look into and get back with me. I know my car is a little older and expected him to tell me how much it would cost and then I could decide if I wanted the door panel replaced. I waited a few days and never heard from him. I decided to call and he said he was waiting to find a part number. I called back two more times with the same response. I didn't understand why it was taking so long to find that information. I finally realized, he just didn't want to help me. My family has taken our cars here for years and was really surprised to be treated this way. I guess they don't need or want our business.
