After having a disastrous experience at a different dealer and other mechanics I started to work on our cars myself, but I'm getting old, our family is growing, I work has taking a lot of time... so I took my wife's car here to Cillis. From the beginning the customer service has been second to none. They have been very attentive, and respectful. They're knowledge and labor has to be some of the best in town in my experience. They're able to do very complex diagnostics and their fees are not inflated so they have earn my trust to handle our vehicles. They have already done work to two of our cars and I am very pleased and grateful for this company and the people who work there. Carl, Kevin, and Chris have been a blessing to our family. We had to replace our engine and Kevin in service and Kevin the owner were fantastic. They had to educate us on our vehicle and how certain things happened. They worked to find the best option, and cost for what had to be done, and since we had to replace our engine looked for one with almost the same mileage. We just moved to Texas and have now found the place we will take our vehicles for everything. Service: Engine repair
