My wipers were not working. Went to the Fred Hass Toyota Country on 249 and Spring Cypress where I had just got the vehicle serviced and windshield replaced. I believe they messed the wipers. First, they made me wait for 25 minutes. The service rep said it would cost $160 for diagnostics and extra for whatever they may have to do. I told the problem might have been caused by them and they had not even bothered to check when they finished service last time. He appeared unwilling to help and accept responsibility. He just seemed to be ready to rip me off. Been a customer there for last 4 years and I am sure they have unnecessarily charged me couple of times. I said no and went to Sun Auto Service on Spring Cypress by the Railway track. They checked it and said it was a very minor thing. Didn't even charge me for fixing. It took less than 15 minutes. The folks were very good and honest. They won a new customer. I am ditching Fred Hass Toyota Country for Sun Auto Service. Thanks SUN AUTO S

Brought my wife’s minivan in for tire/wheel issues and was amazed at how well were treated by Lee and his staff. Showed up without much time to spare before a trip out of town. One of Lee’s guys was walking out to take his lunch and he came back to address our van right away. Lee is clear speaking, trustworthy, transparent and very friendly. Having to pay any car service or repair is unpleasant at best, but Lee and his team give me the satisfaction of knowing I’m paying a fair price for exceptional service performed by a great group of people. The last thing I want to do is spend more money on car repairs, but if I have to, I’m glad to know there’s a guy like Lee out there to help.

Great customer service from Elias at front desk, poor mechanical service overall considering the issue wasn't fixed. Got lower control arms were replaced, with an alignment, came back a day for new tires and the issue worse. The informed me that it could be due to a fallen balancing weight on the rim, came back again to get rebalanced. Waited about 1hr and a half, the tire tech explained how 3/4 were off balance. Which doesn't make sense if he did it the day before supposedly, once done the 2nd time I drove it straight home trusting him. Just to come find the day later 13/ 20 lugs were loose, one completely came off once I went check them. I understand they need to be tighten after a removal but that's what I paid them for.... 2 months later and $2,000 later the issue is somewhat worse than before. I was willing to pay for all repairs need but they only mentioned the control arms and tires, so they can't say it was due to other mechanical failures because they assured me it was properl
