When the heater on my BMW inexplicably stopped producing heat, I was referred to a BMW mobile mechanic who said I needed a new heater core ($$$). Since I recently relocated from LA, I got recommendations for BMW mechanics and chose Concierge. Jim Hughes was terrific from the start. He gave me a fast and reasonable estimate for the issues that came up on the scanner, which he honored, he and his mechanic went above and beyond to correctly diagnose a complicated issue with the heater (it was not the core) and he was determined to get the car back to me with heat before an expected cold front. He’s a genuine and nice guy, honest, he doesn’t try to push unnecessary repairs, and he picked up and delivered my car himself — twice. It doesn’t get better than that. Nathan and Ken are amazing. I had an issue with the AC in my truck, they explained the issue completely and were able to get it fixed the same day. I was expecting to spend more then they charged me. I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely great customer service! my 2012 BMW had a coolant leaking a few days ago, I walked in Concierge Auto Repair for help, Jim explained the issue and gave me some suggestions, then I drove my car there, they fixed the leaking next day with a very fare price, I am very happy with the service they provided, no doubt, this will be the place I will send my car for service, maintenance and repair from now on.
