If you want it fixed right go to Sewell and ask for Jacie. She will fight with your insurance company to make it happen. And Sewell only uses new parts. Until a recent accident I didn't know that many insurance companies will only pay for salvaged parts even on a new car still under warranty. Jacie went to bat for me to get my car fixed right. Despite having a semi truck hit me and damage the entire passenger side of my car from bumper to bumper, the car looked like new when they were done. They even brought it back and put me in a rental at their expense when I found a small area that wasn't completely buffed out (on a white car that is nearly impossible to see unless the light hits EXACTLY right so no real fault there.) Accidents happen so it is reassuring to know a collision center that won't stop until you are happy.

I love this place. They really take care of me and give me an upscale experience. I'm happy I chose to do business with SEWELL Cadillac. Only thing that I don't like is the Location the traffic is always bad and they stay backed up. But if they keep your ride they will give you a very nice loaner car. Two thumbs up!
