Grapevine Honda Service Center

I left my car there to be serviced for a window and a recall. I had to plan days off of work for this because I use my car for work. The day I picked it back up it had rained all day, and my front passenger window was left down. The front passenger seat and carpet under the seat was wet. The only reason the carpet in front of the seat (where your feet land) didn’t get wet was because I had protecting mats but my new car smell was gone and it stunk. Mind you, I’ve been planning to trade my car in and upgrade AND I’m VERY particular about the smell in my car. I’ve never even used an air freshener because it was never needed and I wanted to keep the new car smell as long as possible. I spoke with Christian who asked me to leave my car another day. I agreed too EVEN THOUGH it would be leaving me again without a vehicle for work because I knew I couldn’t let it sit wet. He said they would detail the inside and clean out the carpets. This is piggy backing a 5 star review I left for the sales team. Buying a car on the sales side of the dealership wasn’t bad at all but dealing with services side has been a bit disappointing. After purchasing the car there was immediately issues with it. The tires were not matching, causing the car to pull and the TPS alert to be showing on the dash. It wasn’t til I took it to my mechanic that they identified the issue. Not sure how this got the pass from services before hitting the lot. The left driver side mirror was loose and missing a clip. They fixed the tires and the mirror free of charge after I came back and complained a bit, but there were small cosmetic issues they refused to service after my purchase of the car. I understand I should’ve been more thorough on checking the vehicles body myself before purchasing, but I was on a deadline to purchase and trusted that the car would be at least checked by services and maintenance'd before being put on the lot.
