Rich was super helpful! Some confusion with the appointment I made to drop my truck off for service but he made everything right! Was able to get me into a rental vehicle and made sure my vehicle will be taken care of. Highly recommend Rich and grapevine Dodge!

Their sign says they have an express lane for oil changes. Fast. Their personnel said the same. I had come in after driving almost an hour and the wait was 4.5 hours. I was told that if I bring it Saturday at 830 am that it would be fast and the express lane keeps customers from waiting. Still took 4 hours. On top of that, they didn't reset the oil change indicator on the control panel.

Did some research before deciding to choose a new dealership to service my truck since we are new to the area. Awesome experience. Mike was super helpful and the service department had my inspection done in 20 minutes after my drop off. Found some things I suspected the last dealership didn't address (they were terrible!). They were able to get everything done that day while I waited a few hours, despite the service department being busy. Got me in and out quickly overall and were very professional. Spoke with some of the sales staff during my wait as well, also very friendly. Would highly recommend.
