If this shop is not run by Mr. Van de Velde, technical staff has changed, and they do warranty their work, then what follows may no longer apply. If it is, then please read my opinions and review. Firstly, I am not a professional reviewer like the others on this site, but was an actual customer who had two frame-off restorations/builds with this shop from 2013 into mid 2017, the first being a 1969 Oldsmobile 442, and the second being a 1940 Ford Tudor Deluxe. The delivered cars looked very nice, and have received many compliments. However, my major disappointment, especially given the company's motto of "Done right the first time", has been that neither car worked properly when given to me to enjoy and drive, and I have since spent well over $12000 trying to get them to drive properly. Problems with the Olds started with malfunctioning alternator and drained battery, followed next trip with a starter gear that didn't properly mesh with the flywheel ring gear, resulting in destroyed
