It’s hard to communicate with them, they also do not have a flashy office nor waiting area but they get the job done. Brought my car in to diagnose a specific concern of mine and was told nothing is wrong or defective. Zero attempts to upsell me something, the parts cannon did not fire.

Horrible customer service! I called you personally about my issues with engine you rebuilt for me and you did not honor my warranty after 3 months of having my engine installed. This was the worst service I have ever had. I don't know who writes your comments but I know it's not you Mr Martinez I asked you nicely to look at my engine and you refused you told me you don't even change your oil in your car. I hate to bash you like this but you are a crook and a liar I honestly don't see how you've been in buisness for 30 years and have those plaques!
