As the owner of a high mileage vehicle with zero car knowledge, it's easy for repair shops to take advantage and utilize scare tactics to pressure me into purchasing unnecessary repairs. San was honest about my immediate needs and gave me a list of what would eventually need to be done. He did more work and charged a lot less than numerous shops in the area quoted me. On top of that, he had my vehicle in and out on the same day and stayed past closing to ensure it was done. I felt that San was very trustworthy due to his involvement in community pages and his support of other local businesses. I reached out to him on a Saturday and he tried to troubleshoot the issue with my truck over messenger, but I ended up having it towed to the shop. He had the issue diagnosed in 1 day and fixed the next. He didn’t try to upsell anything and focused on the specific issue. I also had him take a look at the AC while the truck was down there.
