Firestone Complete Auto Care

We had a tire blow out enrout to Conroe, TX for business. Our roadside assistance only had a used tire to put on to get us to Conroe. Before leaving town, we wanted to replace it with a new one. I left my family in the hotel and took the vehicle to FIRESTONE on Sunday morning at 10am. A very "tight lipped" employee told me three vehicles were ahead of me, and it might take two hours, (12 noon). I took an uber back to the hotel, and got our check out extended. At 12:30, we paid another uber to take us to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival to Firestone, we noticed the vehicle had not been touched, and other cars were in the bays with different customers in the waiting area. When I inqired, the same "tight lipped" dude offered no explanation, so after getting no response from him, I asked for my key back, so we can now go to their competitor and begin our wait process again.... This Firestone has no regard or concern for customers time or safety.......

On the way back to Dallas I noticed I was losing air on my left rear tire. I pulled in to the firestone shop to get the tire checked out. Once the tire was checked, Julian the service technician determined that a new tire was needed due to cracks on the tire bead. The store didn't have the tire size available. Shannon the Sales specialist called other stores in the area and found one about 30 minutes away. Brian the service manager drove out and picked up the tire and was back in under an hour. We were back on the road 30 minutes later. We really appreciate Julian's attention to detail in determining the tire issue, the efforts of Shannon and Brian in quickly locating and acquiring the tire needed to get us back on the road to Dallas. Their actions turned an unfortunate incident into a good ending! Thank you!
