Collision Solution Paint & Body Shop

It's clear that Customer Experiences mean nothing to this company. I've been treated unprofessionally, had NO communication efforts about truck repairs, and been jerked around for WEEKS about the completion time with no regard to the amount of money I'm paying for a rental. NOTHING has been done to reconcile the situation and I've been told, there's "nothing that can be done" I've been refused to speak with the owner to sort out the disagreement as well. So, I will now be using every platform possible to let EVERYONE know, that this is NOT where you want to bring your vehicle. Conroe has many shops to take a vehicle, and this is the level of service one will receive, I'm happy to point everyone is many DIFFERENT directions. I'm contacting my insurance today to notify them of the disservice and for the obvious possibility that the work done could be done incorrectly or maliciously at this point. The best paint and body shop within Conroe, I have always taken my vehicle to this shop and yet to say I've never had any problems ????The staff is super outstanding!!

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my time . I went up there to get an estimate and it’s been a month now & no estimate . The girl told me someone would call me that day and never did . I also called many of times & they put me on hold and never come back . I do not recommend this place .
