HERE IS THE REAL REVIEW: I am 70 year old and no car savvy, my Hyndai Accent Hatchback has gone 83,000 miles since new in 2013. Sunday a new warning light comes on, its electrical/alternator. I barely got it into the mechanics bay area. The Lady owner/manager/fortuneteller gets the details, confirms w mechanic, I NEED AN ALTERNATOR OR I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE. The car is 10 years old, 84,000, it needs work and this shop turned it around in less than two hours, a box of tissue, a hug a fair price and I am A BETTER PERSON FOR BEING AT THIS GARAGE. Not richer, better, and better is the best we can hope for on a hot July day, Monday Conroe. Get treated right, feel better!

I’ve been here two times, the first time it was a leaky solenoid valve which was diagnosed and replaced really fast for a fair price. The second time was because my car kept making a really loud squeal when I started it, I fully expected to have a belt replaced or something along those lines. But Keith (the mechanic) very quickly found it was just a loose bolt and Gracie (the Owner) did not charge me a penny for this! There are very few places that are this honest, they could have charged me for something I didn’t need and I would’ve been none the wiser. I appreciate both Keith and Gracie for their honesty and quality of service. I will absolutely be taking my car here again!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST DEFINITELY!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST WITH THEIR CLIENTS!! Never was I given an actual price for my repair. In addition given three or four different prices on my alternator. And then slapped with a $913 bill with a discount supposedly. Don't think I'll be going to this place again. The first review that was posted was removed by the owner as well.
