A&V was great!!! I came in with 2 ties that were flat after running over nails. No wait to be seen, fast service at an affordable price. I asked after other service’s because this will be where I take my cars for all my needs. Service: Tires

Had a very negative experience here. Called in advance to schedule an appointment. Reported my make and model and the work I needed done. Confirmed the appointment and the estimated time the work would take. The price was so significantly lower than down in Dallas, so I made the hour long drive up there in a damaged vehicle. Drove up there day of and arrived a little early for my appointment. Dropped the car off, verified how long it would take (~2 hours) and then just hung around town expecting it to take 2 to 3 hours. Six hours later, I had heard nothing from here. I called, getting very worried about my car, and they tell me they haven't even started the work yet. Now I start panicking- I have to get home at some point. I don't live around here, and I've got work the next day. I am them informed they don't really do appointments and they had other cars before me. That would have been REALLY nice to be told when I called originally or when I double checked that I had an appointment.

Came in with a tire needing repair, and they quickly repaired it. I was back out the door in less than 15 minutes! Couldn't believe it!
