I was stranded in Austin and Firestone got me back on the road within 5 hours which was enough time to explore the city while waiting. I was pleased with the wait time since this was an emergency repair (replacing the alternator and battery) the parts had to be ordered and other customers needed assistance also. All things considered it wasn't bad, my car is running again and we made it home safe. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery
Stole $200 worth of stuff out of my car. Obviously shouldn’t have left anything in there but I wasn’t thinking the Firestone workers would want to steal my yoga mat and duvet out of my car.
Lol brought it in for a battery issue, they couldn’t find anything wrong but the axial was apparently the issue making the dash light act like that? 3 weeks later my truck completely died on me and took it somewhere else. And oop it was a battery alternator issue. Anyway waste of the 100 dollar diagnosis fee. ????????
