Víctor and the mechanics at Rising Sun might be the nicest and most knowledgeable dudes I’ve ever met. It can be intimidating as a girl taking your car to the mechanic but they’re so kind and thorough, they explain everything so clearly so you know you actually know what’s happening and why. I wouldn’t trust my beloved ‘99 Camry to anyone else.
Rising Sun gets an A+ from me a prof at UT. Vic and John went way out of their way for me today. Briefly, I showed up with my DIY attempt gone bad to replace taillights bulbs and a taillight lens that was broken. Vic replaced the bulbs in the morning and John replaced the taillight lens in the afternoon which required taking the back panel off the hatch. All of this work and John insisted “No charge.” This underscores why I am a loyal customer of Rising Sun -- great people to work with.
