I had what I thought was a great experience in May 2022 when I needed my starter replaced. The service was fast and convenient. Fast forward to January 2023 when my car did not start. I called and text messaged Ken asking if the part was under warranty, since this issue appears to be the starter. I also expressed I'd be willing to pay labor if the part was under warranty for a replacement. My texts were never returned and calls appeared to be pushed through to a full voice box. It's March and I never got a response so I will be paying another mechanic to fix a part that is likely covered under a warranty because a shoddy mechanic doesn't want to answer calls to fix his botched work. HUGE SCAMMER - find someone reputable to work with or be prepared to be out $$$

New customer. Great first impression. Chose this mechanic based on the fast response and better price for a pre-purchase car inspection. He was polite, patient, and I liked that he took the time to give explanation on his analysis as we went(I'm not good with cars). Uncovered issues with the car that the dealer missed(or hid) with their supposed inspection. Money well spent, I didn't buy the car. I will be recommending to family and friends due to honesty, professionalism, responsiveness, and price.

Ken was quick to respond to my call and showed up to look at my car soon after. He assessed the problem quickly and fixed it in a few hours. Can’t say enough good things about his responsiveness and work. Will definitely use him in the future!
