I took my car here to get a trip check / tune up and was charged almost a grand, and then found out after that my cruise control wasn't working. This is something I thought they would check on for a trip check however they did not. I contacted them and asked if they could take a look at it for free as part of the original service to which they said yes. I brought it back in and was charged $330 on top of my original tune up. On the way home, my air conditioning gave out when it was working fine this morning before I dropped it off. I took my car back to the shop and was basically told It's not their problem and they would not take my car back to fix it as they said they were too busy. Very poor customer service, completely disappointed with my experience here and wont be going back. Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the best place to take your vehicle for repairs friendly people who car about you and your vehicle. I will recommend Hi-tech to everyone I know these are good people who really do care about you and the service they provide to there customers. Thank you for all that you all do.
