I thought I’d give Mike’s Automotive a try since they are a local auto shop in my neck of the woods. I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and was able to bring in my vehicle the next morning. Fast forward to the next day, I brought my car in for a full synthetic oil change, and the service advisor, Chris, was very friendly and provided me with an estimate for this oil change. I was surprised to find that the synthetic oil change was cheaper than what I would usually pay to have done at Valvoline. I dropped my car off and was notified by Chris that the technician performing the oil change on my car found an oil gasket leak and wanted to know if they should proceed with the repair. I definitely wanted to proceed with getting the issue taken care of and once I got my car back the next day after, it felt like I was driving a new car.
