Have a 2015 Mercedes I took in for a schedule B service today. Sergei went above and beyond by staying late on a Friday evening to get me out and back on the road. If it bothered him, he didn't let on. He had a positive attitude and didn't rush trying to get out of there. In speaking with him, it was evident he knows his stuff.
