Walmart Auto Care Centers

If I tell you I want the $44 oil change, I mean I want the $44 oil change. Not the $54. Don't tell me you don't offer it or online prices are different, when clearly you offer the same prices in store. Then proceed to do the $54 option anyway and then after the fact tell me "it's all the same anyway" so when I ask for the $44 option and you donthe $54 option, you should only charge what I asked for. Thats not how you run a business. Poor customer service. Does anyone even work here? I've been on hold for 30 minutes, hung up and called back to be disconnected 3 more times. This i is unacceptable. If I didn't do my job, I wouldn't have one.

Great price on car batteries if the battery is good. I purchased a new battery that was totally dead. When I returned the battery the service mgr said it was the post that was bad & not the battery. Well that makes it a bad battery ! I think his name tag said Jay. He never once apologized for my inconvenience & selling me a BAD battery. They did swap the battery out.

This is the Best Auto related experience that I've ever had at Wal Mart. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The manager, Jay was the best that I've ever encountered! My hats off to Jay and his team! May God Bless them, Always!
