John was very quick and diligent to help with the issues I was having with my SUV. When it was ready, he even let me pick up my car late at night when I had a family emergency. I found J. D. after previously using another "reputable" family-owned business. They cracked my oil pan during an oil change and was without a vehicle for two days; noone tried to get me a replacement vehicle-that was on me. The same company then quoted me twice for repairs that J.D. was able to confirm that were not all necessary. He cleaned up and took pictures and sent them to me before my service. He was beyond fair in price, super kind and I had my car back the next day (I had all my brakes replaced and dropped it on a Sunday). My family owns a company locally, and we have started bringing all our company vehicles to John ...just can't say enough about how happy we have been!
