Service King Collision Germantown (Now Crash Champions)

Nice clean establishment. The car was processed very quickly. Did the walk around with Aaron who is easy on the eyes, kind and thorough. He sent the pictures etc to the insurance, within 2 days the insuance (State Farm) called with the results. Hope you have the same success!

I’m only leaving 1 star to write this review. On 12/5/2023 my insurance, Allstate, scheduled me an 8:00 AM appointment for an estimate. I arrived about 7:50 AM. At 8:00 AM, I went into the location to check-in and told the lady behind the counter that I had an estimate scheduled for this morning. She asked with an attitude, “are you here to drop off your car?” I stated no, I was advised my by insurance that this was an estimate only. She said okay and that someone would be with me shortly. I advised that I would be in my car waiting. She said ok. At 8:35 AM I noticed that no one had come to complete the estimate, so I went back inside to see if they had forgotten about me. As soon as I walked in the lady behind the counter stated “they are in a meeting” I, then, asked “how long would the meeting last because I have to be at work by 9 AM” she stated again, “they are in a meeting” .. I asked her could she reschedule my appointment, and she stated “you can call the customer service number

Consumers BEWARE! DO NOT use this Service King at all so you can save yourself a headache. The front desk receptionist is the RUDEST person you can find and should not be the “face of the company” if she can not preform her job responsibilities. Service King opens at 8AM, but she did not arrive until 8:15AM rolling into the parking lot rolling in on two wheels. I had to move to make sure I would not get hit by her going so fast. I was informed by USAA that I had any appointment at 8AM to drop off my car. She was not happy to see two individuals outside waiting and questioned me as if I were not allowed to receive services there. She continued to state that she can not take my car until Wednesday, despite me having emails, various text messages, and a call from Service King CONFIRMING my appointment.
