Exceptional service! My van was completed a day ahead of schedule, with excellent communication through regular text updates and a convenient online progress tracker. After getting my estimate here they refused to give me a copy of their estimate and then refused the insurance company that was paying for the repair to my vehicle! Who refuses business in this day and age. They also didn't do a complete job on the estimate as they never inspected internal issues such as radiator damage or other possible issues. For that reason I am glad I have to go elsewhere to get the repairs done but what a huge waste of my time!!!!

I recently had an attempt made to steal my car. They didn’t get it but they caused a lot of damage to everything involving the steering column. I had the car towed to Caliber Collision and when it arrived I was immediately informed and was told via text of what was happening with my car. Lois was great. She was sympathetic and understanding. I didn’t worry as I was kept informed. The car was left ransacked and that’s the way it was presented to them. When I picked it up it was all tidy and clean.
