After searching most of Nashville for a repair center to fix my car after an accident I finally found Impact Collision Center. This place by far has the best customer service I have ever received at a repair shop. All members had such a great and positive attitude which created such a warm and welcoming environment. Ed is very understanding and thoughtful and created a great lasting impression from the moment I walked through the door. I'm happy some of the guys showed me their work and I'm excited to see what they will do for my car. I will definitely be back and recommend coming here for automotive needs.
My car was broken into, breaking my driver side window. My neighbor, whose car was also broken into went to and recommended this shop. Everyone I dealt with was kind, and though they didn't have my window there at the time, everything was ordered and done very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs car help.
