Nissan of Cool Springs Service Center

Appointments mean NOTHING at this shop. I specifically made an appointment for general maintenance on my car and indicated I would be waiting while it was worked on. When I arrived, they had a record of my appointment but did not know why I was here or that I was waiting. When I told them I would wait, I was told it would be 2.5-3 hours. I asked why since I had an appointment and was told (with a shrug) that "Mondays are crazy busy". I've now been here for nearly 3 hours (yes I am writing this review from the shop while I am still waiting!) and they are just starting on my car. Or so they say... Professional and reliable Nissan dealer service center at Franklin region. This time again I feel greatly satisfied with several requested services including front breaks. Honestly accommodating maintenance works, fast job done and reasonable prices with above level mechanics.

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle today and left crying. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The used car manager was completely rude my sales person was totally unprofessional. They were not willing to negotiate on anything. They actually gave me my keys to my car and told me to leave. This is the second time that I was going to be buying a vehicle from them and both times I’ve had a horrible Experiences. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership they are very unprofessional and very unhelpful. If you have any issues you will never get a hold of anybody that will cares enough to help you . If you try to contact the dealership to file a complaint or let them know about your experience no one cares. No one calls you back . Everyone’s voicemail is full. I will definitely never go back to this dealership
