I came in for an oil change a few days ago. When I came back to get my car, it hadn't been serviced but I needed to leave for work. So the manager, Carlos, offered for me to come back on another day and give me the oil change for FREE and in a timely manner this time to make up for it. And even tossed in a free alignment. What a really nice gesture! I was super impressed!!! I came back a few days later and got my oil change done super fast, with no issues, and a big smile. Amazing customer service! I will be coming back. Highly recommend this place.
Recently brought my car here, found out they're under new management, and ownership. The store manager, Jim, did what was needed to help me out in a reasonable time frame. I can definitely tell that ntb is making turns to do better.
The young man that assisted me was very helpful, he had great customer service!
