Mercedes-Benz of Nashville - Service & Repair Facility

I always get very good service here. My car comes back clean and well serviced, and I’m always told what was done and what might be coming up next. I usually book my service a month in advance and request a loaner, which is always a brand new vehicle in impeccable condition. I spent this past weekend cruising around in a C300 with 250 miles on it, so that was fun. :) My service manager is Robert and he does a great job of listening to my concerns and addressing them. I trusted the assessment of the work my vehicle required. Jake set clear expectations on cost and timeline which was greatly appreciated. The loaner program is huge plus. The service center is very well maintained and every staff member is courteous and professional.
