Nelson Mazda Cool Springs Service Center

Took my Mazda MX-5 racecar in for an engine problem. Towed it down from Bowling Green where I was in a competition at the NCM Motorsports Park, and chose Nelson because the Service Director has racing experience. They were super responsive and friendly, and the technician tried everything possible to get me back on track, but ultimately I must do a tear down to fix it back home I’m Denver. Would highly recommend their Service Department for their empathy (they were almost as sad as I was that it wasn’t fixed!) and their persistence to get this Mazda racer back on track!

Completely fleeced / upsold my wife up to $200 when she only needed an oil change. We were not married at the time so I didn’t take the car myself (I have every time since) but the practice of taking advantage of women across the industry must stop.

Overall experience was great! Service Advisors were courteous and professional and technician did a great job of keeping me informed of what was going on with my car. I had some questions re: additional work that was needed and the Advisor answered them in a way that made me feel confident about returning there for service. Thanks to the Nelson Mazda Service Team!
