We had a fantastic experience at the Cool Springs location. We were fortunate to have Jerry Hayes, Assistant Manager, assist us in selecting a security system and components for our campervan. We went with the Drone system, which provides much more than the typical security system. It also provides remote start, GPS tracking and some other helpful features. We love it! The team did a great job helping us find the best solution for our needs, completing a prompt installation and providing service after the sale and install. I've had two installs done at this location, both experiences were excellent. The staff is very professional, answering all my many questions about how the install would look and how the features would work. The estimate provided was very detailed, and every component's function was explained. This was great because we identified a solution that would keep my truck's stock USB connection active for a cleaner look. Most importantly, the finished product works flawlessly and looks great.
