I had a breakdown passing through town. Limped off the exit and found a place to stop. I googled for a repair show, called the number and asked where they were located. The lady asked where I was at and I told her. She said look to your right that we are about 1000 yards away that you can actually see us. They looked at my vehicle and it was too much for me to repair at this time. They invited me to sit in their building in the A/C, offered water and snacks while my family made an 1.5 trip to pick me up. They even let me keep my truck in the parking lot until I could get it towed home which is in another state. Great folks. If I lived in that area they would definitely get all my business! Great team here at the Franklin location. They got me in the day that I called them. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to repair my car. After paying over the phone they left my car where I could pick it up on a holiday at my request. I will be recommending and returning Eurofix of Franklin.
