Did all necessary repairs on a 1981 Cadillac El Dorada. Took some time to locate all the needed car. Kept me informed on the status of the repairs. Very nice and friendly staff. Really poor experience. Dropped my car off last Thursday with a pretty detailed description of what was wrong, and they said they’d call me by the end of the day. End of day comes around and no call, so I call them and they say they figured out the estimates and will call the warranty company first thing Friday, then call me. Afternoon comes around and no call, so I call them and they haven’t even called the warranty company. They say they’ll call by the end of the day. I call back around mid day Monday and they still haven’t called me or the warranty company, and get mad at me for checking in. They say they’ll call me by the end of the day. No call comes. I call back Tuesday morning and they proceed to tell me they have no idea what’s wrong with my car, but they’ll do some more tests and call me by the end of the day. No call comes. I call back midday Wednesday and they still don’t know what’s wrong with the car even though I told them how to reproduce the effects. I ask to just pick

I went to Little Brothers due to a family referral to receive an estimate for an A/C repair. I was immediately told I would have to pay a large charge for my car to be examined . The estimate given was high . I was unable to afford the repair cost quoted , so I just paid the amount requested for the estimate . I then scheduled an appointment with Walker Chevrolet . My estimate was free and the repair cost was more than 50% less than Little’s quote. The owner of Little Brothers, Trey, was nice, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, I felt like was significantly overcharged with some of their repairs quoted not truly needed to resolve my A/C issue.
