I am visiting from out of state to care for a sick relative and my car wouldn't start. When I called the dealership to make an appointment the first available was not until September 9th. I explained that I was trying to leave Tennessee on the 21st of August. A few minutes later, Debbie, a service advisor, called me back and said to bring the car in and she would do everything possible to keep me on my schedule. Fortunately it was only the battery and I had my car back the following day! Service: Electrical
