Work is always done as promised. If they do not feel comfortable doing the work they recommend another local small business that specializes in the work. I trust each of the mechanics with whom I have interacted.

Yesterday I called this shop to get an estimate on replacing my cracked coolant reservoir. They not only gave me a quote that was WAY cheaper than Nissan, but they ordered the part and were able to fit me in today, even though they were beyond booked. While I have a 2015 Nissan, which I love, I will from now on use Rhea Little for any other problems. Today they saved me $450!

If I could rate 10 stars, I'd be trying to make it 11. Been going to Rhea for years and years and have never been sold something I didn't need. Saying this shop does the most honest work around just doesn't seem to do them enough justice. Recently, I took my Ford focus to them to get my struts checked out for some odd popping noises I was hearing. They easily could've made good money off my anxious self by selling me countless things, but told me nothing was to the point of needing to be replaced and to give it more time to save me money.
