The service (wheel and tire change) was done perfectly. Pricing is also fair. The only slight issue was that it took a little longer than expected, but transportation was provided, so it was not a real problem. Service: Tires
We had an appt and while our rep finished up with a customer, another rep talked with us to get all the paperwork started and looked at the car. Very efficient! Jeremiah Love is always our service rep and we really like working with him. Always super friendly and personable and a lot of knowledge on servicing the cars, but more importantly knows our cars well! Brad Cochran (?) is also super nice and helpful and got our paperwork started and was also very knowledgeable about some of the issues happening with my car.
Friendly and warm reception upon our arrival. Prompt attention given to our requests to see vehicle. Prompt responses made to secure an agreement in price. Fair treatment. Eric was very professional and provided excellent customer service even late in the evening.
