Just incredible. From the customer service to the efficient and thorough repairs. Chad (and team) are gems! I knew my Mercedes was in good hands. Will definitely refer friends and family.

I had used caliber in the past for vehicle repairs related to fender benders that had occurred. The service this time (3/23) was not as exceptional as previous occurrences. The shop was well behind, requiring me to schedule my repair beyond a month in advance. Then after dropping off the vehicle communication was an issue. The shop failed to notify me that all required signatures weren’t in order until the car had been in their custody for a couple of days. The text updates were incredibly vague, requiring phone calls from me multiple times to understand where the repair process was underway. Finally, literally the day before it was complete, I got a txt saying it was on track for what was more than a week later. I was out of town the day that they told me to come pick it up, because of that communication. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Brentwood. Excellent service & a quick turn around. Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with and communicated with me regularly keeping me informed of the completion date. The ladies at the front desk were always kind and made the scheduling an easy process. Highly recommend!
