My second time for service, today is worth the time. I had Frank who went extra mile, I had a problem in cleaning a particular substance that stick to the car but Frank was able to clean it 90%. He did a great of removing it but not only that he was respectful and accommodating. Surely, he is an asset to the business. Very consistent from the start to finish of service. Hoping he'd be consistent in the future. Thank you for the great experience.
This establishment is very professional. I made an appointment at the Larchmont location in error. They are both named Ray Catena Lexus. It was my error, I wanted White Plains, however called Larchmont. They were so accommodating and were able to service my vehicle without an appointment. The service was just as expected. The vehicle did not require anything additional. They have beverages and snacks to enjoy while waiting. Courtesy car wash was beautiful, especially since it was a sunny day in May ????. I recently took my car in for it’s very first complimentary service at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Booking a service appointment that worked with my hectic schedule was very easy compared to my experiences with other dealerships in the past. Obtaining a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being serviced was very convenient AND complimentary too!! I was super excited to find out that not only do they service the vehicle while it’s there but they clean it inside and out as well! My car came out looking & feeling as fresh and clean as it did the day I picked it up from the dealership brand new! I wanted to take the time once again to recognize & shout out the employees of this dealership for their hard work and dedication to making their customers happy with the ongoing overall experience that comes with owning a Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains.
