Called on Monday and they got me scheduled to come in Wednesday. Came in to have my splash guard looked at and they also found out that my front axles needed to be replaced, and I was due for an oil change. My college age daughter had a car issue that was causing inspection to fail. Another garage replaced the failing component but check engine light and code still present prevented a good safety inspection pass. I received the call for dad help and found Kings Automotive online, they've been in business a long while, have a professional looking shop and great reviews, so I met my daughter there to get a second look done. Kings looked the car over and the code was not present. They simply informed me of this and proceeded with the safety inspection. There was zero upsale attempt or unnecessary work done and the people I spoke with were all straight forward, courteous and professional. While not a significant service I found their excellent reviews earned and trust level beyond reproach, also, they have earned a repeat customer when needed. Went to have main battery in 2013 Prius evaluated. Learned a lot just talking ahead of time...battery turns out to be in good shape! No charge for that evaluation! They thoroughly checked car over and under, and I agreed to a couple parts replacements (rear shocks and another). They were prompt and efficient, and finished the job way before I thought it would be, for exactly the price quote they gave me. I will return.
